Job submission issues on Mesabi Tuesday 17th September 2019 15:29:00


Earlier today, Mesabi's job scheduler encountered an error, making it impossible to submit jobs. While the initial issue has been resolved, our system administrators are still working to bring all components back to normal. Some console commands are currently out-of-order and many jobs are taking longer than usual to start.

All queues are now operating normally. Please report any unusual behavior to help@msi.umn.edu

Jobs on Mesabi are now starting normally. There may be longer-than-normal queue times while the system recovers from this outage. Please contact help@msi.umn.edu with any questions.
